Virtual Breastfeeding Lounge

Are you pregnant or breastfeeding?

Birmingham Forward Steps ‘Breastfeeding Lounges’ are available Monday – Friday for new and expectant mothers in Birmingham.   

 Breastfeeding sessions are open to ALL mothers in the city; face-to-face and virtual sessions are both available. 

We provide information during pregnancy and once baby is born you will have continued direct access to the groups for on-going support and encouragement  breastfeed your baby for as long as you wish.   

The Breastfeeding Lounges are run by Antenatal Infant Feeding Workers across the city, and you can access your local lounge or any listed below for continued support.

So come along and meet other mothers, share experiences and support each other in a safe space.
